Arcadia Mandorle aims to enhance native cultivars.
The Filippo Cea variety is one of the most renowned Apulian almond cultivars. It was developed in the early 1900s by the agronomist Filippo Cea, from whom it takes its name.
Its full and rounded shape reveals an elegant taste, with a buttery and balanced finish.
Crunchy on the palate, it is among the most sought-after Italian almonds in pastry making.
Now considered a “superfood”, it is a staple in many diets.
Thanks to its high percentage of unsaturated fatty acids, it helps increase the feeling of satiety. It also contains minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, selenium, and zinc, along with vitamins E and B.

Arcadia’s mission is to enhance regional cultivars such as Genco and Filippo Cea.
We produce limited quantities of almonds to preserve high product quality and promote fair and valued agricultural labor.
Harvesting takes place from August to September, in the early morning hours, in harmony with nature’s rhythms and cycles.
In line with this philosophy, we have chosen a packaging solution that ensures the best preservation of the almond.
The materials and zip closure guarantee maximum product freshness.
