HOW MANY ALMONDS TO EAT

But the most notable feature of this food is its richness in monounsaturated fats, such as olive oil. After evaluating these characteristics, it is therefore recommended to eat 30-35 grams which correspond to about 15-20 almonds. Going beyond these doses means that you are adding too many calories to your body. Thanks to these qualities, almonds are excellent for pregnant women, it is a valid alternative to cow’s milk given the amount of calcium and phosphorus present necessary for the formation and regeneration of bones and teeth.
